As Project Analyst you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Third Party Management and Assurance activities. You’ll control and mitigate suppler risks using consistent methodology and reporting. You’ll understand the commercial impact of services provided by suppliers and actively contribute to measures to control costs of services.
This is a full time position on a 12 month fixed term contract, which is based at our site in Widnes.

As a Project Analyst, you will
Progress internal Audit findings to completion
Support GDPR activities were appropriate
Support with implementation tasks, e.g. including supplier segmentation, prioritisation of key tasks and roll out of policies and processes
Support External audit of supplier invoicing and supplier communications
Responsible for MI reporting suit
Support Intragroup risk activities
Own and maintain the supplier list
Support the review, implementation and ongoing management of the Risk baseline work
As a Project Analyst, you will have
Experience of FCA and audit processes
Experience of budgets and analysis
Strong operational knowledge and experience, along with strong knowledge of supplier management
A clear understanding of project lifecycles, business continuity and disaster recovery.
The ability to take a broader view when making decisions and implementing change.
A structured and organised approach to work at pace and with limited supervision
Build and maintain relationships and influence across functions, and with internal and external stakeholders.
