As a key member of the Store’s management you will work closely with the store manager, to support in the delivery of the retail strategy in terms of service and sales.
Retail Manager – the person:
Natural leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support the development of the whole store team, including own self development
A passion for working in a fast-paced, retail environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
Proven experience in managing performance
Previous retail management experience
Experience in leading a large team in a similar environment
A proven ability to work methodically, and cope well under pressure
Experience in great Customer Service
