Programme Office Analyst
We have a new opportunity for a Programme Office Analyst to support the Programme Office Manager in the provision of Portfolio, Programme and Project Office disciplines to support the successful delivery of the change roadmap for the Customer Management Centre.
Programme Office Analyst – the role:
As a Programme Office Analyst you will:
Support the creation of and own the maintenance of the change lifecycle and supporting documentation.
Carry out regular project audits on project adherence to the lifecycle to improve the output of change delivery
Manage decision making and escalation processes to ensure the right stakeholders have the right information to progress project, programme and portfolio delivery
Ownership and improvement of RAID management and escalation processes
With the PMO Manager, drive forwards the growth and transformation of the change function to be ’upper quartile’
Management and assurance of benefit and cost tracking processes and content specifically including supporting and reviewing the creation of benefits plans at the start of projects and ensuring tracking and reporting of those at the end of projects and feeding them into wider portfolio delivery metrics
Programme Office Analyst – about you:
Have PMO / project governance processes
Have knowledge of waterfall and agile project methods
Be able to use Excel at an advanced level
Be able to balance multiple or conflicting priorities
Have experience in tracking costs and benefits
