Right now, our outstanding digital team is on the hunt for a Senior Digital Design Manager to lead and direct Argos' creative resources to achieve effective delivery and implementation of all creative content & front end build across all digital channels including desktop, mobile, digital marketing acquisition channels & any other emerging business digital initiative.

Helping to drive the Argos brand and digital experience forward and ensure that all work undertaken by the Visual Designers is executed to the highest standards and delivers against the business vision.

Partnering trading and merchandising teams to understand commercial drivers per week to ensure the digital value proposition is delivered to meet their needs.

Encourage an insight driven culture within the Digital Design team to ensure a continuous improvement programme exists across the team along with strong examples of ‘test and learn’ activities.

Ensure strong ways of working and processes exist and ensure KPI’s regarding briefing at lead time, creative design deadlines, and onsite deployment accuracy are achieved.
