Sainsbury’s Argos have many exciting new opportunities for Live Chat Customer Sales Agents working at our Customer Management Centre in Acton Gate, Stafford (ST18 9AR).
As a Live Chat Customer Sales Agent, you will work towards the vision and strategy of Sainsbury’s Argos Customer Management Centres.
You are the voice of Argos in every step of the customer sales journey, taking ownership for all inbound and outbound contacts from customers. You will engage with a warm customer base, taking on the role of a personal shopper to enhance their customer experience and by doing so you will influence the growth of the business via a sales through service culture.
Our Customer Management Centre is based in Acton Gate, Stafford (ST18 9AR) just off junction 13 on the M6 motorway with hourly bus service which passes the railway station. You will be working 30 hours per week on a variety of flexible shift patterns (between 7am and 10pm) which will include some weekend working.
