MI Analyst

As MI Analyst you will be supporting and working with FS Operations to provide management information (MI) This will include the management and maintenance of a number of databases and analytical models to provide reporting via a number of mediums.

As MI Analyst you will:

Be responsible for creation and publication of reports using predefined data sources
Develop MI reports to continually improve information provided to the operation – including investigating automation of reports and experimenting with the data to provide a new lens on contact centre performance
Analyse data to provide trends and variation identification
Be working on relevant computer system applications, accurately inputting, updating and amending data to provide the most up to date and accurate MI
Ensure users have access to the MI delivery systems
Take ownership of personal knowledge and development by keeping abreast of all regulatory changes
Ensuring MI supports our regulatory requirements

As MI Analyst you will have:

An understanding of FCA regulated contact centres
Experience using analytical and modelling software / techniques such as SQL, Access, Excel, Business Objects, SAS, Oracle Business Intelligence Suite or similar
Ability to manipulate and transform large data sets into business knowledge / information
High level PC skills - Strong mathematical / numerical ability
Creativity in the approach to considering issues and opportunities within the MI environment
Ability to adapt communication style whether face to face or by adapting report formats or style in order to achieve appropriate engagement
Knowledge of data acquisition and manipulation techniques
Ability to manipulate and transform large data sets into business knowledge / information
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Accurate, persistent and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to make decisions in proactive manner
Strong self-motivation to be able to manage a busy workload and prioritise accordingly.
