Right now, we're on the hunt for a Coordinator to join our Bradwell Studio Team.
As you would expect of a retail business the size of Argos, there's a frantic pace that comes with the territory. So whilst no 2 days are the same in the life of our Studio Coordinator, some of your day to day tasks will focus on creating the photographic production schedule by working closely with key stakeholders at the studio, managing the booking and invoicing of all temporary runner resource as required, raise purchase orders and submit invoices in line with studio period end timescales. These day to day tasks lend themselves to someone highly organised, strong at planning and with an ability to multi task. Work won't be put on a plate for you. There will be an expectation that you will be self-sufficient and be keen to identify your own tasks and workload.
You will need:
Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Proactive, forward thinker with the proven ability to multi-task; the Studio can be a high pressured, fast moving environment
Good computer literacy is required to manage and maintain information based in Excel and to use internal systems
Ability to think quickly and be decisive with problem solving in a fast-paced environment
