We have an amazing opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our Argos Central Transport Operation based at Magna Park, Lutterworth who will form part of the team to support this approach.
This role will cover all core aspects of the colleague lifecycle from recruitment and inductions through to providing advice and guidance on employee relations; supporting implementation of the HR plan and manage effective communications with colleagues. You will also be involved in providing advice to line managers, by being able to effectively interpret policy, best practice and employment legislation effectively.
The role has an administration focus, so we need someone who has a keen eye for detail, accurately maintaining records and producing reports, whilst still able to continue to support our management team on a day to day basis.
