Right now, our award-winning digital marketing team is on the hunt for a CRM Manager (CVM) to support the transformation of Argos into an organisation that makes informed decisions based on optimising customer value.
Now, we don’t expect you to do this by yourself. You’ll work closely with the CVM (Customer Value Management) Planning & Innovation Manager in all customer value management activities on behalf of Argos. You'll manage day to day leadership and delivery of projects that ensure CVM and Campaign activities achieve financial and strategic business goals.
