You will have:
Excellent listening and communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi task
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a customer service role
Strong team working skills

We are currently recruiting for fully flexible shift patterns: This will require you to be fully flexible between our opening hours, and able to work across the week. In return you will get 2 rest days per week, and 1 weekend off in 4. You will have 4 weeks’ notice of your shift.
