As a Customer Payment Solutions Agent you will help customers who have fallen into arrears on their Argos Store Card by collecting payments or arranging payment plans.
You’ll have excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to get the best outcome for the customer. Ideally you will have a background in customer service and will enjoy working to targets.
If successful you will receive 4 weeks of training which starts on the mid August. You’ll then be supported to develop your skills and progress your career. You will then work between 28 and 35 hours per week on a fully flexible shift pattern which could include working a number of evenings until 9pm and on a Saturday.
You will be joining Financial Services and our aim is to make life better every day for Argos customers and we help customers afford and protect what matters most, offering products and services including Credit, Warranties & Insurance.
