Programme Planner

Time for a new challenge? We have a new role as a Programme Planner working within our Commercial Supply team here at Argos.

The Programme Planner will be responsible for providing planning, reporting and administrative support to the Programme Manager.

Key Duties

Work with the project managers to develop and maintain individual delivery plans that when combined capture all activity across Supply Chain and Logistics
Produce management reports such as the Programme Overview report that shows the status of each of the key initiatives across the Supply Chain and Logistics
Own and maintain the key documents, trackers and plans for the Programme.
Set-up and provide support to Programme meetings (e.g. arrange event venues / produce agendas / take minutes / actions).
Maintaining up to date and accurate delivery records

Key Skills

Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook to a high standard
Highly developed organisational skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Enthusiastic, can do attitude
Strong stakeholder
