As the Compliance Analyst, you will responsible for reviewing our customer communications and marketing materials and providing regulatory sign off for Argos Financial Services. You will influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders across the business to maintain and develop understanding of the requirements for achieving clear, fair and not misleading Financial Promotions.

As Compliance Analyst, you will:
Undertake review and approval of our customer communications and advertising campaigns in line with our customer centric approach and in accordance with FCA, ICO, FLA and BIS requirements.
Review and approve financial promotions linked to the products we offer for credit, warranties and insurance across Argos Financial Services.
Communicate with, educate and support the marketing team to produce compliant advertising materials, providing feedback and sign off.
Maintain ongoing oversight of the tone and compliance of our customer communications on a proactive basis.
Operate processes that record and report on Financial Promotions.
Agree and apply service level agreements; establish and maintain records of sign off processes and procedures. Retain organised records and evidence in line with above.
Undertake day to day liaison with the Compliance Technical Team and business stakeholders.
Distribute and collate regulator information requests, including thematic participations and regulator/supervisor visits, as required.
Contribute to the Executive Compliance Report.
Display energy and drive towards all areas of the role, whilst maintaining accurate and timely implementation and reporting to the business and the Compliance Team.
Assist and deputise for the Compliance Policy and Technical Manager as required.
Maintain updated knowledge in respect of UK regulations (and European Directives) for FCA, FLA, Data Protection, AML and Financial Crime to facilitate the provision of accurate and timely information.
As Compliance Analyst, you will have:
Experience in a compliance function.
A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, specifically the FCA Handbook.
The ability to assess and support the business in managing clear and fair customer promotions.
Good stakeholder management skills, having the ability to engage all members of management to maintain and develop a good compliance understanding.
Excellent communication skills along with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, and the ability to manage your own workload which is driven primarily by requirements from the marketing team.
The ability to work within a demanding, time-critical environment.
In addition to the above, it would also be advantageous if you have experience of Financial Promotions Sign off.
