Customer Service Advisor – the role:
You will be an advocate for the Argos values, and will do all you can to meet customer expectations – from serving on the till and the collection counter, to providing assistance on the shopfloor, to picking stock in the stockroom.
This role is for 6 - 15 hours per week. We have a few roles available, some of which will involve receiving deliveries so will require you to work late night shifts. Due to the working hours, and in line with the Employment of Young Persons Act, we will not be able to employ anyone under the age of 18 for the night time roles.
Customer Service Advisor – the person:
A passion for fantastic customer service
Previous experience within a retail or hospitality environment is beneficial but not essential
Great communication skills
