As Training Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects. Your responsibilities will include managing, coordinating and conducting large or small scale training programs.
This is a 12 month contract, working 20 hours per week, between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. You will be based in Widnes, but with expected travel to our Bolton site.

As Training Coordinator, you will -
Design and develop training programs for the operation
Coordinate both internal and external training events
Conduct organisation wide training, which assesses and identifies skills or knowledge gaps
Design and prepare educational aids and materials
Liaise with stakeholders and matter experts regarding instructional design
Manage and maintain in-house training facilities, equipment and records
As Training Coordinator, you will have –
Proven work experience as a trainer, training facilitator or coordinating multiple training events in an operational setting
Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
Good knowledge of MS Office package
Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Strong communication skills
