Senior Change Manager (TSYS Team)

As Senior Change Manager you will be instrumental in delivering change into the Sainsbury’s Bank and Argos Financial Services Card operations. Using the teams of subject matter experts and analysts the role is responsible for delivering change on the TSYS systems to business requirements and to meet business priorities.

As Senior Change Manager you will:

Act as the senior SME for specific third party sourced IT systems and services provided by TSYS. Interpret business needs, working with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into specifications that the IT supplier can understand as well as to translate the resulting questions that the IT suppliers have, into queries the business stakeholders can understand.
Advise and support the business to shape strategic direction and solutions for products and implement those solutions
Manage the “TSYS Team” (Change Manager and assigned analysts) to deliver assigned tasks
Lead the change interface with TSYS chairing and directing the overall Project Board meetings and other governance forums on behalf of AFS
Be accountable for the quality of the solutions implemented
Understand in depth the change methodology and interface points of both AFS/SB TSYS in order to enable optimised information flows between the two organisations
Have an in-depth knowledge of the overall systems solution provided by TSYS and it’s component parts
Be accountable for the configuration and maintenance of the User Access profiles for the specific supplier in line with the requirements of a regulated business
Consider the impact of new requirements, challenging the business stakeholders and influencing
Be accountable for analysis, design, testing, documentation and implementation of small business change.
Ensure configuration and other updates are tested and implemented in line with business requirements
Manage the risks inherent in the third party supplier solutions

As Senior Change Manager you will have:

Extensive knowledge of TSYS and the TS2 system
Experience of a distributed 3rd party supplier model involving multiple suppliers working to different SLA’s.
A broad understanding of an FS business and the regulatory framework within which it operates
Experience of leading a team.
An open, flexible approach to problem solving coupled with an ability to use tenacity to drive through the desired outcome for AFS/SB.
Strong influencing and communicating skills
Experience in assisting the business owners to define the requirements for supplier change.
Understanding of standard development lifecycle and the suppliers’ variant of it.
Ability to see big picture strategies and prioritise workload across the team to achieve business goals.
Comprehensive knowledge of the TS2 system and its capabilities
Knowledge of other TSYS products and components and how they operate
Deep understanding of how change is achieved with TSYS
