Stock and Delivery Manager (Designate) - North Wales

Designate Manager – the role:

This designate role is to provide support and backfill as we expand across North Wales. Initially based around the Llandudno area, you'll cover one or both of the following store positions:

Our Stock Managers are the hidden heroes of our business. You and your team will manage stock in and out of the business. As a key member of the leadership team, you will also deputise for the Store Manager when needed.

Our Fast Track Delivery (Customer Fulfilment) Managers are the behind-the-scenes facilitators of our latest service: Fast Track Delivery. You will lead your team of drivers to ensure efficient and customer-focussed deliveries from store to door. As a key member of the leadership team, you will also deputise for the Store Manager when needed.

Designate Manager – the person:

Management experience within a retail, stock control or delivery environment
Great communication skills across different levels
A proven ability to work methodically, and cope well under pressure
Able to develop your team to their full potential
Keen to develop and progress your career with Argos
