A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Planning Analyst to join us within our Customer Management Centre in Widnes (WA8 8HS).
Your main focus will be the delivery of budget modelling and future business planning in line with financial expectations and customer service targets across all the Customer Management Centres (contact centres) for Argos.
Senior Business Planning Analyst – what you will be doing:
You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with a variety of key stakeholders both internally and with external partners to enable the delivery of new planning initiatives
You are responsible for the delivery of accurate and effective budget modelling plans in order to achieve performance against budget within the contact centres - detailing 0-36 months
You will provide detailed analysis of complex data sets to influence and form new and improved resource deployment strategies
You will deliver effective resource plans to both the internal contact centres and external partners ensuring that we provide a cost effective and customer centric experience
You will act as an enabler to embed the planning function across the operation by developing cohesive strategies that develop cross functional collaborative working practices
You will reconcile performance against budget and make recommendations of how to improve forecast accuracy whilst considering financial risks and opportunities
You will deliver the headcount and resource strategies detailed within the capacity plan
You must create and deliver data analysis that supports the monthly business review with key stakeholders
You will work collaboratively with other Planning Managers and Outsourcer Partners
You will develop a high performing and motivated team through leadership and development of team members, set and create stretching objectives (including succession planning)
You will deputise for the Business Planning Manager where required
Senior Business Planning Analyst – about you:
You will ideally have a background in multi-site contact centre environment and have strong experience and understanding of the end to end processes within a planning function.
You will be experienced in process improvement, project manager and change management and be able to use and utilise technology to drive effective customer service.
Ideally you will be line management experience and you will be adept at building strong relationships and adapting your style to suit the audience so you can communicating in an engaging and inspiring way.
