As Resource Manager you will be delivering change into the Financial Services Store Card operation. You will manage the teams of subject matter experts and analysts to deliver requirements via a detailed resource plan balancing supply and demand with business priorities.

As Resource Manager you will:
Be accountable for balancing resource supply and demand, allocating the right resource at the right time for both current and future (next 18 months) needs.
Collaborative engagement with Financial Services operations and business teams, to ensure future resource demands are understood at the earliest opportunity.
Influence the business stakeholders to ensure the work reception process is understood and followed to avoid “pet projects” jumping the queue.
Challenge unplanned work requests from both business stakeholders and external third parties.
Communicate realistic, unambiguous resource supply and demand plans, across the stakeholder community.
Forward planning of resources to ensure optimal utilisation and realistic schedules and deadlines are met.
Work closely with stakeholders and third parties to avoid unplanned requests for resources
Create and own the resource utilization documentation
Establish a flexible resource planning process, supporting resource allocation in response to problems, incidents and shifting priorities
Champion resource development, aligning it with emerging skill set demands and maintaining up to date succession plans
As Resource Manager you will have:
An understanding of FCA regulated contact centres
Good planning, analysis and problem solving skills.
Strong influencing and communicating skills.
Exemplary leadership credentials able to develop a high performing Change Team
An open, flexible approach to problem solving is required, taking ownership of scheduling decisions and influencing stakeholders in gaining agreement to this.
Strong self-motivation to be able to manage a busy workload and prioritise accordingly.
