Retail Administration Manager – the role:
Our Retail Administration (Operations) Managers are the facilitators of our store operations. From recruitment to cash control, and rotas to promotions, you will support the Store Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly. As a key member of the leadership team, you will also support on the shop floor when needed.

Management experience within a retail administration environment
Great communication skills across different levels
A proven ability to work methodically, and cope well under pressure
