Here at Argos we’re changing the way we do trading, moving to a more agile, cross-functional set-up with new ways of working and with the customer at the heart of everything we do. Our buying, digital trading, supply and product information teams will be moving into co-located “Dynamic Trading Cells” centred around each category. To support this, we’re recruiting for a Digital Trading Lead to manage our existing digital trading teams.

Proven strategic category management experience working within a similar role
A clear understanding of how analytics and insight are used to inform category plans and continuous improvement.
An experienced people manager with the passion and drive to coach and develop others
An exceptional communicator with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders and external agencies.
