As a Change Analyst you will support Financial Services to effectively deliver change programmes that support the growth of the store card proposition whilst ensuring that we adhere to our regulatory requirements.

As a Change Analyst you will;
Provide advice to business areas in how to best develop third party systems and services to meet their objectives.
Ensure key deliverables are achieved by utilising system and supplier knowledge.
Ensure that developments meet design specifications and operational requirements.
Respond to enquiries from stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers providing accurate and timely responses to enable the individual to make considered decisions.
Be responsible for investigating and analysing change requests from both 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders, this requires you to understand operational impact, make recommendations and provide pre and post live support to the relevant parties and may occasionally require some out of hours support.
As a Change Analyst you will have;
Knowledge of Tsys Management Systems; eg TS2 and TCI
Strong knowledge of Financial Services operations and products and will have an understanding of the project lifecycle and how we manage change and UAT processes.
The ability to make confident and quick decisions and will be happy to work independently, delivering at pace within a fast moving environment.
Excellent communication skills and be self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative.
