Customer Service Manager – the role:
Our Customer Service Managers are the face of our business. You and your team will put the customer at the heart of everything you do to ensure a world-class shopping experience every time. As a key member of the leadership team, you will also deputise for the Store Manager when needed.
You will be leading a team of up to 15 colleagues, in a store with a turnover of up to £4 million.
