Team Leader - Otley

Team Leader – the role:

You will be an advocate for the Argos values, and will effectively lead the store team to meet customer service and business targets through the efficient management of inventory control, store presentation and pricing functions.

Argos customers have high expectations of the in-store experience and as an Argos Team Leader you’ll need to be on top of your game - from maximising stock availability, through managing and implementing POS, to acting as duty manager.

This position is for 25 hours per week.

Previous supervisory experience within a retail or hospitality environment
Great communication skills
