We’re looking for a couple of new people to join our Argos on eBay Customer Contact team here in Corby. Our small, dedicated team handles every aspect of the customer journey for the Argos on eBay brand, including contact by telephone, email and eBay message. As a customer advisor, you will be part of our dedicated customer service team talking and writing to our customers. Every day is different in our contact centre and the oppourtunity to learn new skills makes this a very rewarding job.

Build relationships over the phone with our customers and through eBay messages
Provide information on additional product & services and direct customers where help is needed.
Help our customers too find the right products to meet their needs and deal with returns of our items
Work as a team and support your colleagues across all sites
Ideally you will have:
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi task
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Office 365
• Previous experience in a customer contact centre role
• Strong team working skills
• A positive attitude and genuinely want to help our customers sort out any issues they have.
• Resilience with the ability to move on to the next call/eBay message
Ability to work from home if needed.

This role is a temp to perm contract working minimum of 23.75 hour per week. Overtime is often available to help support the team at busy times.
We are currently recruiting for a range of flexible shift patterns across our opening hours:
Monday-Friday 07:00 – 18:00
Saturday and Sunday 07:00 – 18:00
You will be required to work full time (9:00 – 17:45) 1 weekend in 3 and some Bank Holidays in order to ensure we are there to help our customers.
