Buying Admin Assistant - Health & Beauty

If you are looking to start your retail career within buying this Buying Admin Assistant opportunity, a 6 month fixed term contract could provide you with an excellent grounding in commercial trading and the perfect stepping stone to help you to achieve your career aspirations.

Working as part of a team, you will be providing administrative support to the Buying Teams, including preparation of documentation, raising and tracking orders, setting up new suppliers on the system, distributing and filing internal and external documentation.

What you will do:

Support the Buying Teams

Liaise with IT, Multichannel and internal teams

Manage, distribute and ensure accuracy of all internal and external documents; accurately input and maintain data within company systems

Liaise with suppliers to: source product samples and digital assets; obtain information and resolve queries

Develop and implement process for in-house photographic library

Be responsible for extensive market and competitor research.

Support a number for processes and roll outs in the area.

Be responsible for pulling together, executing and reviewing promotions.

You are:

Passionate about a career within retail buying

Educated to a degree level of with excellent GCSEs / A- Levels results

An excellent communicator – confident at all levels and across multiple teams

Well organised with ability to handle multiple tasks

A logical Thinker and Problem Solver

An individual with strong numeracy and literacy skills, with great attention to detail

Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve
