CRM Executive & Data Marketing Executive

Working within a fast growing digital first multichannel retail brand the CRM Executive is a varied and exciting role for an enthusiastic marketer looking to develop their career. The Habitat marketing team has a strong digital focus designed to support our digital ambitions.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of CRM marketing including working with our CRM agency, briefing data extracts, and taking ownership of programmes. The department is structured to allow the CRM Executive ownership of specific areas and projects. The role will also focus on supporting our personalisation roadmap to use customer data to deliver a more relevant online experience for our customers.

You’ll be situated in our Head Office based in London’s Farringdon area, one of the creative hearts of the city, it’s where we house everyone from buyers and designers to the finance and technology teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting the operational design and delivery of customer programmes in a highly targeted and relevant way, to deliver maximum value to and from each customer.

Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to develop and test emails within the ESP system to help deliver CRM programmes.

Work with internal campaign design teams and third-party providers to deliver end-to-end, direct, e-mail, and social marketing communications across all channels. This includes defining objectives, set KPIs, establishing testing parameters and briefing in content requirements for different customer segments.

Working with the wider marketing team to ensure there is inspiring and relevant content for use within CRM programmes.

Supporting the Marketing Manager to measure CRM campaign effectiveness and programmes performance against the business objectives. Communicating insight to stakeholders and contributing to the design of programmes using and learnings from previous campaigns.

Alongside the Marketing Manager you will be analysing results, producing robust reporting, providing business insight and recommending new programmes.

Your skills and qualifications will include:

Experience in a CRM/Database role within retail or digital industry essential
Highly numerate with good analytic skills with the ability to report on testing programmes
Understanding of segmentation and experience of running complex multi targeted campaigns
Strong Windows knowledge across Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with expert understanding of excel functions, such as Pivot tables
Attention to detail
Digital marketing experience
An interest in the Habitat brand, design and interiors would be beneficial
