We are hiring Customer Agents for our Customer Management Centre in Widnes, and you could have the skills to join us. You might already have customer service experience and you’re looking to develop into new areas or to refine your skills and become the expert in your field. Or you might be looking for your first step onto the career ladder, and you’re bringing your passion for great customer service to the table.
Engage and build rapport with customers over a variety of channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and social media
Make sure customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times, whether they’re placing an order, chasing a delivery, or just asking a question
Take ownership to drive your own development with support from your line manager. This could mean taking on training for new skills or teams, or it could be looking for opportunities to add value to the customer journey within your current role
Bring a personalised approach to the customer journey, and be the voice and personality of our brand at all times, whether that’s Argos, Habitat, or Tu Clothing
Contribute to positive team spirit, listening to and supporting your colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practice
Have a positive change mind-set, seeing change as an efficient way to move things forward
This is a permanent role after completion of a successful 6 month probationary periiod. We are currently offering a variety of shift patterns from 24 to 30 hours per week' on a variety of flexible shift patterns (between 7am and 10pm) which will include some weekend working. Our Customer Management Centre is based in Widnes (WA8 8HS).
