Digital Planning Executive - 12 month FTC

The main purpose of this role is to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure that that Digital Planning function operates efficiently within the function & wider business. Keeping an eye on the external market, including but not exclusively key competitors. Looking at relevant developments in these markets and work with the digital teams to develop our customer offering for future events.

Key responsibilities

Able to lead and manage multiple events across the Argos Digital channels, sometimes at the same time, which are founded on customer data and business priorities

Work with the Digital Planning Manager on event development plans, in conjunction with the product development team to further test and optimise

Ensure a consistent approach to the Argos site along with consistent interaction with other key stakeholders around the business

Work with the Digital Planning Manager to create a digitally led seasonal plan which is aligned to customer insight, missions and business priorities

You will be

Capable of influencing to senior manager level across the wider Digital and Marketing teams along with any other relevant functions

Effective communication skills

Comfortable in dealing with technical teams

Build & develop relationships
