We are currently looking for enthusiastic and great communicators to join our team based within our Customer Management Centre in Widnes (WA8 8HS) As a Customer Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email and Live Chat. Whether it be placing an order, chasing a delivery or assisting colleagues with enquiries you will deal with a wide range of queries in an efficient and positive manner ensuring every customer receives the highest level of customer service .

There’s real flexibility on working hours too. Working 24 hours per week covering evenings 6 pm - 10 pm with one longer shift on a Saturday or Sunday – the shifts are rotational, include weekends, and are designed to fit with your life. And the good news is that you don’t need to have worked in a role like this before, you just need a passion for customer service.
Training will be either 8am - 2pm or 2pm - 8 pm Monday to Friday for the duration of your training period, however there will be an evening training class running from 4pm to 10 pm for applicants unable to commit to daytime training.
