Well, hello chatterbox!
If you love to chat, and you can’t resist helping people out with friendly advice, this is the job for you. Here at the Argos Customer Management Centre, we’re in the business of making each customer’s day just that little brighter than before. We’re a bunch of friendly people, doing what we can to solve our customers’ problems, efficiently, effectively – and always with a smile on our faces.
We get ample training, so we always know what we’re talking about. And whatever our customers need, we’re ready with the right response – whether they contact us over the phone or via live chat. From taking orders, to answering queries about products and deliveries – we’re constantly working together to find new ways to improve our process, service & quality. We’re here, we’re ready – and we want you to get involved.
In us, you’ll find a relaxed and friendly working environment, where there’s always tons of support on offer. With your own mentor, superb team leaders, 6 weeks’ comprehensive training, and every opportunity to up-skill and move departments – we think you’ll love working here.
There’s real flexibility on working hours too. From 20 hours to 37.5 hours per week – the shifts are rotational, include weekends, and are designed to fit with your life. And the good news is that you don’t need to have worked in a role like this before, you just need a passion for customer service. You'll receive £8.26 per hour, plus tons of other company benefits.
And the really great thing?
Argos is now a leading multi-channel retailer. With over 900 million website visits last year and over 6 million app downloads, we generate in excess of £2 billion in sales through our online channels alone. Recently, Argos joined with Sainsbury’s. That means there are many exciting times ahead – and the career development opportunities we offer are unparalleled.
It also means that you’ll enjoy a fantastic range of benefits when you join us. From 24 days’ holiday (pro rata), to staff discount in Argos, Habitat and Sainsbury’s (available after 3 months with us), a subsidised canteen, free parking and an optional company pension scheme.
What’s more, you’ll be welcomed into our friendly and collaborative environment with a relaxed dress code. And you’ll have our full support to develop the skills you need for the career you want.
So, what are you waiting for?
