We’re still famed for our catalogue. (And understandably so: around two-thirds of the UK population have one in their home at any time). But that reputation is changing fast. In recent years, we’ve been making headlines for our digital transformation.
Since 2012, we’ve been moving into digital in a big way – introducing everything from apps and digital stores to Fast Track collection and home delivery.
It means customers can now order a product online and collect it from their local Argos store at a time that suits them, in as little as 60 seconds. Or have it delivered to them the same day. We’re the first retailer in the UK to offer this level of speed and convenience.
Our digital strategy is already delivering results. In 2015, we became the first UK retailer to hit £1 billion of sales through mobile devices.
